This Leadership Challenges course is primarily suited to upper level management teams as well as Heads of Department, primarily to develop leadership competencies. This program is aimed to inculcate attributes of an effective leader with the context of the rapidly changing business of innovation.

As a preliminary introductory aspect of this program, we propose a two-day intensive face-to-face workshop session in which the participants will be exposed to key concepts relating to leadership and how these concepts may be applied in practice.

The key focus for the leadership development initiative would revolve around effective external stakeholder engagement, capability building through effective knowledge sharing as well as adapting to changing client requirements. To further ensure that participants truly understand the key concepts and are able to apply what they have learnt in the session, a group-based discussion and case-study based approach will be adopted.

Terminal Objective

The terminal objective of this Leadership Challenges program is that participants will be able to experience firsthand how they should lead in a rapidly changing business environment. Essentially, they will be able to engage effectively with external stakeholders and enhance collaboration within the internal teams to integrate knowledge and skills to meet changing client expectations.
